Her sister was still the little girl he knew from long time ago. Perhaps she had changed her appearance, yet she was still the same inside of her… that’s what Jack knew when he saw her reaction after patting her head. She smiled, more calm this time, and put her hands in her chest, as she used to do when they both were young. The blonde felt suddenly the urge of hugging her, but at the end decided not to do that. He didn’t want to embarrass her, making her feel like a little child, after all.
Jack turned his head to the direction her sister was pointing at. A disappointed expression crossed his face. Just by judging the appearance of that buildring, the hotel didn’t look like a nice place to spend the night in, and less where there were better places. He couldn’t let her sister to be alone in a place like that! With a determined face, Jack looked back at her sister.
¨…Forget it. You will come to my house and sleep there.¨ He said as he took her sister’s hand and started walking away. ¨It’s not good for a girl to sleep alone in such a terrible place and, since we’ve met again, there is no problem in taking you with me to the Mansion. I don’t think the Vessalius family will care about it.¨
She blinked in surprise when her brother took her by the hand and firbly told about forgetting about the hotel. She was happy that he took care about her, that he still counts her as his sister. Jack changed externally, but she still felt something warm inside of him, something that made her admire him and follow like a stalker.
Also she was ashamed of going to his house, she didn’t know what could be there. Maybe brother had a fiancee? Or even a wife with children? How should she behave herself in that place? All that thoughts made her anxious but curious.
Though anyway she needed to took her clothes from the room and gave money for staying a couple of days, that thought made her grab brother’s hand tighter and try to stop him.
“Wait a bit, my luggage still in that room, how can i move to your place without it?”
